Creator Agreement

The rules for publishing trade signals on Rippll as a Creator: what you must do, what you must not do, and how fees, payouts, and your track record work.

Effective September 17, 2026 Last updated September 18, 2026 Version 2.0

Parties and acceptance

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you and Rippll LLC ("Rippll," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies if you publish trade signals on Rippll as a Creator (also called a "Lead Trader").

This Agreement supplements our Terms of Use ("Terms"), which also apply to you, including the sections on limitation of liability, disputes and arbitration, and governing law. Our Privacy Policy and Financial and Trading Disclaimer also apply. If this Agreement and the Terms conflict on a matter that concerns your activity as a Creator, this Agreement controls. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

You accept this Agreement by signing it with Rippll, for example electronically, as part of our review of your Creator application. You sign it before your Creator account is approved. This Agreement applies from when you sign it.

In short: publish only trades you really make, never promise results, disclose conflicts, and do not trade against the people who follow you. Rippll keeps a platform fee of 40% of each subscription payment unless we agree otherwise in writing, and holds your earnings for 30 days before payout. Your track record stays public, even after you leave.

Eligibility, identity, and approval

To be a Creator, you must meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms, including being a resident of the United States and at least 18 years old, and you must be approved by Rippll.

  • Approval. Creator accounts are admitted by invitation or by application. We decide whether to approve an invitation or application at our discretion, and we may decline without giving a reason.
  • Accurate information. You must give us accurate, complete, and current information during onboarding, including your legal name, phone number, and country, and keep it up to date.
  • Identity and payouts. To receive payouts, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Stripe collects and verifies your identity and bank details directly. Rippll may ask you for more information at any time to confirm your identity or eligibility.
  • Your account. Your Creator account is personal to you. You are responsible for everything published from it, and you must not let anyone else publish under your name.

Approval of your account is not an endorsement of you, your strategy, or any trade, and it does not mean Rippll has verified your experience, credentials, registrations, or performance.

Independent status and regulatory representations

You are an independent user of the Services. You are not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Rippll, and you have no authority to bind Rippll. Your signals, commentary, and other content are your own and are not recommendations or opinions of Rippll.

You represent and agree that:

  • You are not required to be registered or licensed with any securities, commodities, or other financial regulator to publish on Rippll as described in this Agreement, or, if you are registered or associated with a registered firm, your participation complies with your obligations, including any required approval from your firm.
  • You publish impersonal content that is the same for everyone who follows you. You do not give individualized investment advice to any subscriber, and you do not exercise discretion over any subscriber's account.
  • You are not currently barred, suspended, or subject to an order by any securities or financial regulator that would prohibit your activity on Rippll.
  • You will tell us promptly at legal@rippll.ai if you become subject to any regulatory action, investigation, bar, or criminal charge relating to securities, trading, or fraud.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with the securities laws and other laws that apply to what you publish, how you promote yourself, and your own trading.

Your content and trade signals

You publish trade signals through Rippll's Creator tools, such as the Creator portal and, if you connect it, Discord commands. Where available, signals may also be published from trades detected in a brokerage account you connect. Copies for your subscribers are placed as limit orders. A published signal may show the order type your brokerage reported.

You must trade your own signals

You may publish only trades that you have placed, or intend to place, in your own brokerage account on substantially the same terms you publish, including the instrument, direction, and limit price. You must not publish signals for positions you do not hold and do not intend to hold. Rippll does not verify that you trade your signals. We may ask you for reasonable evidence, such as brokerage statements, and we may take action under this Agreement if you do not provide it.

Accuracy

  • Everything you publish, including entries, exits, prices, and any commentary, must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • You must not enter backdated, false, or invented prices or fills, and you must not edit or remove signals to improve your track record.
  • If you publish a signal in error, you must correct or cancel it promptly using the tools available to you.
  • You are responsible for the trades you publish and for any exits you publish or fail to publish.

Prohibited conduct and promotion rules

In addition to the prohibited conduct in the Terms, as a Creator you must not:

  • Give individualized investment advice to any subscriber, or tell any subscriber what is suitable for them.
  • Promise or guarantee profits or returns, or describe your trades or strategy as "safe," "low risk," "risk-free," "can't lose," or anything similar.
  • Present yourself as endorsed, approved, or verified by Rippll, or suggest that Rippll has checked your results.
  • Present yourself as a registered adviser or licensed professional unless that is true and your registration permits it.
  • Promote selected winning trades or off-platform results in a way that gives a misleading picture of your overall performance.
  • Present hypothetical, simulated, paper, or backtested results as if they were real trades.
  • Trade ahead of your subscribers in a way that takes advantage of their copies (front-running), trade against the people who follow you, or engage in pump-and-dump schemes, spoofing, wash trading, or any other market manipulation.
  • Fail to disclose a material conflict of interest in something you publish, such as payment or other compensation from an issuer or promoter, a paid promotion, or a position you hold that is contrary to a signal.
  • Promote paid relationships, sponsorships, or affiliate links without clearly disclosing them as the FTC's endorsement rules require, or use testimonials or reviews that are not genuine.
  • Include pricing, discounts, promotions, or sales messages inside trade signals. Keep them in your profile and pricing settings.
  • Spam, harass, or mislead anyone, or promote Rippll or yourself in a way that violates law or the rules of the platform where you post.

Profile review and moderation

Your public profile, images, profile sections such as frequently asked questions and disclosures, pricing settings, and price changes may be held for review by Rippll before they appear. We may approve, decline, or ask you to change any of them. You may include your own disclosure text on your profile, which is also subject to review.

To appear in discovery, you generally need a signed Creator Agreement, an approved profile, and an active price. We may hide you or any of your strategies from discovery, remove content, or limit features at any time, including while we investigate a concern. Review and approval are not verification or endorsement of anything on your profile.

Performance and track record

Your track record on Rippll is calculated from the prices and fills you enter or publish. It is not verified with any brokerage. It is shown publicly on your profile and on leaderboards and rankings once you have closed trades, and it may be used to calculate statistics such as returns and win rates.

Your published signals, their outcomes, and your statistics become part of Rippll's public record. Your track record stays public after you stop publishing, leave Rippll, or are removed. Rippll may continue to display your historical signals, outcomes, and statistics, and you may not require us to delete or change them, except where the law requires it or we agree to correct an error.

You must not manipulate your track record or rankings, including by publishing trades you do not make, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with others.

Pricing and subscriptions

Where available, you set your subscription prices and plan options within the ranges we allow, which may include multiple tiers, monthly or annual billing, free trials, promotional codes, and limits on the number of subscribers. New prices and price changes may require our approval before they take effect.

Rippll is the merchant of record for subscriptions and tips, and payments are processed by Stripe. Subscribers buy their subscriptions from Rippll under the Terms, and billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the Terms. You must not offer terms to subscribers that conflict with the Terms, or charge subscribers outside Rippll for access you offer through Rippll.

Platform fee

  • Subscription fee. Rippll keeps a platform fee of 40% of each subscription payment unless Rippll and you agree otherwise in writing. You receive the rest.
  • Processing. Rippll pays the card processing fees on subscription payments, except referred subscriptions, where processing fees are deducted before your share is calculated (see Referrals).
  • Rate changes. A new platform fee rate applies only to subscriptions started after it takes effect. A subscription started earlier keeps the rate that applied when it started.
  • Tips. Rippll keeps the tip platform fee shown to you from each tip. The tip fee is separate from the subscription platform fee and may differ from it.
  • Promotional terms. Any reduced fee or other promotional term we offer you applies only as stated in writing and may be time-limited or conditional.

Payouts, holds, and reserves

  • Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the bank account you set up with Stripe. Your use of Stripe Connect is subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Your share of each payment is generally held for 30 days before it becomes available for payout, so that refunds and disputes can be covered.
  • Rippll may hold more of your balance, or hold it for longer, based on risk. For example, we may do so because of your refund or chargeback rate, an investigation, a suspected breach of this Agreement, or your account status. We may also keep a reserve against future refunds, chargebacks, and amounts you owe.
  • We may delay or withhold payouts while we investigate suspected fraud, a violation of this Agreement or the Terms, or a legal or regulatory concern.

Refunds, chargebacks, and negative balances

Rippll decides refunds to subscribers under the Terms and may contest chargebacks and disputes. If a subscription payment or tip is refunded, charged back, reversed, or disputed, Rippll has the right to recover your share of that payment, and any related costs that result from your breach of this Agreement, from you. We may do this by:

  • Reversing transfers to your Stripe account.
  • Offsetting the amount against your current or future earnings, including held balances.
  • Asking you to pay the amount directly.

If the amount recovered is more than your available balance, your account may have a negative balance. A negative balance is a debt you owe Rippll, and you agree to pay it on request.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings and for giving Stripe accurate tax information. Stripe may issue tax forms, such as Form 1099, where required. Rippll may collect sales or other taxes on subscriptions and tips where required. Nothing in this Agreement is tax advice.

Referrals

Where available, you may create paid referral links that share part of your earnings with the person who refers a subscriber. You set the share, from 0% to 100%, of the proceeds of each referred payment after taxes, the platform fee, and processing fees. Referral earnings are paid to the referrer through Stripe Connect after the same 30-day hold, and the shared amount is deducted from your earnings. If a referred payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the related referral earnings may be reversed. The referral rules in the Terms also apply.

Discord, X, and imported reviews

  • Discord. If you connect a Discord server, you authorize Rippll to post your published signals and related updates to the channels you choose, on your behalf.
  • X. If you connect an X account, you authorize Rippll to post your published signals and related updates to that account on your behalf. Posts to X are made only after copies for your subscribers have been created.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for your server and your account and for following Discord's and X's rules. The promotion rules in this Agreement apply to everything you or Rippll post for you. You can disconnect at any time.
  • Imported reviews. If you import reviews from another platform, such as Whop, you confirm that the reviews are genuine, that you have the right to display them, and that you have not edited them in a way that changes their meaning. Imported reviews may show the reviewer's name or username. We may remove any review.

Subscriber data and non-solicitation

Subscriber identities are masked to Creators. You see each subscriber only under a masked label, with counts, amounts, and revenue, not subscribers' names, emails, brokerage accounts, or positions. You must not:

  • Try to identify, contact, or solicit subscribers outside Rippll using information you obtained through the Services.
  • Encourage subscribers to cancel and pay you outside Rippll for the same signals, or otherwise try to avoid the platform fee.
  • Sell, share, or misuse any information you obtain through the Services.

License

You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant Rippll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, and adapt your content, name, handle, image, and track record (for example, to format it for alerts, Discord, X, and email) to operate, provide, and promote the Services.

This license survives the end of this Agreement for content already published, shared with subscribers, or posted, and for your historical signals, outcomes, and statistics. You confirm that you have all rights needed to grant this license.

Suspension, termination, and wind-down

You may stop publishing at any time, and you may end this Agreement by contacting us at legal@rippll.ai. Rippll may suspend your ability to publish, hide you from discovery, or remove you as a Creator at any time, including for a violation of this Agreement or the Terms, a risk to subscribers or to Rippll, or a legal or regulatory concern.

Your subscribers

If you leave or are removed, or if you disconnect your Stripe account, Rippll may cancel your subscribers' subscriptions and notify them. Refunds to subscribers are handled under the Terms. Copies already placed stay in your subscribers' brokerage accounts, and each subscriber manages their own positions.

Your earnings

Subscription revenue you earned before the end of this Agreement is paid out after the normal hold, less amounts used to cover refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fees, amounts you owe Rippll, and losses caused by your breach of this Agreement or by fraud. Promotional perks, such as reduced fees, credits, or bonuses, may end or be forfeited when this Agreement ends or if you break it.

Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on performance and track record, refunds and negative balances, taxes, license, and indemnification, survive the end of this Agreement.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rippll and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your signals and other content, your promotion of yourself or Rippll, your trading, your breach of this Agreement or the Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. This is in addition to your indemnification obligations under the Terms.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will send the updated version to you to sign, for example electronically, and tell you when it takes effect. If you do not sign it, you may stop publishing, and Rippll may suspend or end your Creator account. The version and dates at the top of this page show when it was last updated.
