Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Rippll. Rippll is a self-directed software platform. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or money manager, and it never holds your money or securities.

Effective September 17, 2026 Last updated September 17, 2026 Version 2.0

Agreement and acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rippll LLC ("Rippll," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of rippll.ai, its subdomains, the Rippll web applications, bots, alerts, and any other product or service we provide (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Services. Sections that apply only to people who follow and copy others ("Subscribers") or only to people who publish trades ("Creators," also called "Lead Traders") say so. When you accept these Terms as a Subscriber Agreement during onboarding, you are accepting this same document. Creators also sign the separate Creator Agreement with Rippll, outside the Services, before their Creator account is approved.

Some features are available only to certain accounts, brokerages, or instruments, or only after we enable them. Where these Terms describe a feature, they apply to that feature when and where it is available to you.

The Disputes section requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and waives class actions. Please read it.

Eligibility

The Services are offered only to residents of the United States. To use the Services, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States.
  • Be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your state of residence.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services, or from trading, under applicable law or by your brokerage.
  • Not be located in, or a national or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and not be on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

By registering or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and will continue to meet them while you use the Services.

What Rippll is and is not

Rippll is software. It lets Creators publish trade signals and lets Subscribers choose to copy those signals into brokerage accounts that the Subscribers own and control, using settings the Subscribers choose.

Rippll is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, bank, or fiduciary. In particular:

  • Rippll does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, recommendations, or suitability determinations.
  • Rippll does not exercise discretion over your account. Orders are placed only as a result of the settings, approvals, and authorizations you give.
  • Rippll does not hold custody of your funds or securities. Your assets stay at your brokerage at all times, and your brokerage executes and clears your orders.
  • Creators are independent users, not Rippll employees or agents. Nothing a Creator publishes is advice from Rippll.
  • Profiles, leaderboards, rankings, statistics, charts, and alerts are information, not a recommendation of any security, strategy, Creator, or trade.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to follow a Creator, whether to copy a trade, and how much to risk.

Accounts and security

You need an account to use most of the Services. You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or let anyone else use it.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods, devices, and any keys or tokens you control secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at legal@rippll.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may close your account in your settings where that control is available or by contacting us. You cannot close your account while you have a paid subscription that will renew; cancel your paid subscriptions first. Closing an account deactivates it. We keep the records we need for trading history, payments and taxes, security, disputes, and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Closing your account does not cancel orders already sent to your brokerage and does not close any position.

Connecting brokerage and other accounts

To copy trades, you connect a brokerage account that you own. Depending on the brokerage, the connection is made directly with the brokerage or through a connectivity provider such as SnapTrade. Which brokerages are supported, and which instruments and features work with each one, varies. Some connections are read-only or preview-only.

Rippll does not ask for or store your broker username and password. You sign in with your brokerage or connectivity provider, which gives Rippll an access token or similar credential, or, for some brokerages, you paste in an API token you created at your brokerage. We store those credentials encrypted and use them only to provide the features you enable.

When you connect an account, you authorize Rippll to read account information such as balances, positions, orders, and fills, and, for features you turn on, to send orders to that account as described in these Terms.

You can disconnect an account in Rippll where that control is available, or revoke access at your brokerage. Disconnecting stops Rippll from using the connection. It does not cancel orders already sent or close positions. Your relationship with your brokerage, including its fees, rules, margin terms, and order handling, is governed by your agreement with that brokerage.

Copy Trading Authorization and Risk Disclosure

By enabling copying for a subscription, you give Rippll the authorization described in this section. You can revoke it at any time by pausing or turning off copying, unsubscribing, or disconnecting your brokerage. Orders already sent to your brokerage before you revoke it may still execute.

This section describes how copying works when it is enabled for your account, the authorization you give, your responsibilities, and the risks. Please read it before you subscribe to a Creator or turn on copying.

How copying works

Signals and orders

  • Creators publish trade signals. A signal may cover U.S. equities (whole shares), single-leg options, or certain multi-leg option spreads, where supported.
  • Every copied order is a limit order. Rippll does not place market orders for copied trades. A limit order may fill at a better price, may fill only in part, or may not fill at all. Where supported, Rippll may also cancel a copied order that has not filled within a set time limit.
  • Your fill price can differ from the Creator's price because of timing, liquidity, market movement, and your brokerage's handling of the order.

Copy modes

  • Manual review. This is the default. Each copy waits for you to approve or reject it. A copy that is still pending expires at 4:00 p.m. New York time on the day the signal was published. After you approve, the order must be placed within a short window; if it cannot be, it is skipped.
  • Auto-copy. Where available and if you turn it on, copies are placed without a click from you, but only while the signal is still fresh. If a signal is too old by the time it would be placed, it is skipped rather than placed late.
  • A Creator may require manual review for a particular signal, even if you use auto-copy.

Sizing and limits

You choose how much to copy, including a maximum quantity and any optional dollar caps. Auto-copied orders stay within the caps you set. You are responsible for choosing sizes that suit your account.

Exits

  • You choose how a Creator's exits apply to your copied positions, for example trimming in proportion, exiting fully, or off. If exits are off, nothing closes automatically and you must close positions yourself.
  • Rippll does not automatically close positions at option expiration. You are responsible for managing expiring options, including exercise, assignment, and closing.
  • An exit copy can fail, fill in part, or not be sent. If that happens, your position may remain open.

Safety controls, skips, and pauses

  • When an order looks stale, duplicated, or uncertain, Rippll is designed to skip it and alert you rather than place it. Skipped orders are not retried later.
  • Rippll may pause copying for an account, a subscription, a Creator, a brokerage, or the whole platform at any time, including through automatic safety stops and kill switches.
  • Where available, you may set optional controls such as a drawdown stop, no-copy hours, and daily cutoffs. A drawdown stop pauses new copies and alerts you. It does not sell or close anything.
  • Copying may stop if your subscription is past due, if your brokerage connection needs attention, or if we ask you to review updated disclosures and you have not yet done so.
  • Some brokerages do not let Rippll cancel an order once it has been placed. In that case, you must cancel it at your brokerage if you want it cancelled.

Simulated activity

Some screens may show simulated or preview copies alongside real ones. Simulated copies are not orders, were not sent to any brokerage, and do not show what would have happened in a real account.

Because of these controls, you may not receive every trade a Creator publishes, and you may receive a trade at a different price or size than the Creator. Rippll does not guarantee that any signal will be copied, filled, or closed.

The authorization you give

Before copying starts, you give a specific authorization for each subscription, covering the copy mode and the kinds of instruments you choose. By giving it, you authorize Rippll to route copied orders to your connected brokerage account within the limits and settings you choose. You can change your settings or withdraw your authorization at any time by pausing or turning off copying, unsubscribing, or disconnecting your brokerage. Orders already sent to your brokerage before the change may still execute.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you:

  • Are the owner of, or are authorized to trade in, each account you connect.
  • Understand the instruments you choose to copy, including options and spreads, and have any trading approvals your brokerage requires.
  • Will keep enough buying power for the orders you allow, and understand your brokerage's rules on margin, pattern day trading, and settlement.
  • Will monitor your brokerage account directly, using your brokerage's own tools, and will not rely on Rippll alone to know your positions or orders.
  • Are responsible for every order placed in your account under your settings, and for its results.

Risk disclosure

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Options can lose all of their value quickly. Copying another person's trades does not reduce these risks and can increase them. You should trade only with money you can afford to lose.

  • Past performance, whether a Creator's or your own, does not guarantee future results.
  • Brokerage and data outages, network delays, software errors, and market conditions may cause missed, delayed, rejected, partial, duplicate, or incorrect orders, or out-of-date information.
  • Prices, balances, and results shown in Rippll may be delayed or differ from your brokerage's records. Your brokerage's records control.
  • Rippll is not responsible for market risk or for the outcome of any trade.
If an exit or close order fails, is skipped, or is turned off, your position stays open. Rippll may try to notify you, but notices are informational only. You decide whether and how to manage any position.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Creator subscriptions

To copy a Creator, you buy a subscription to that Creator. Each Creator sets their own price and plan options, which may include monthly or annual billing, tiers, free trials, and promotional codes. The price and terms are shown at checkout. Rippll is the merchant of record for subscriptions and tips, and payments are processed by Stripe. Rippll does not store your full card number.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Rippll, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each period for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. If the price that applies to your subscription changes, we will give you any notice the law requires before the new price applies.

Free trials

A trial requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged. We may limit trials to one per person and may end trials that are abused.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel anytime through your account or the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the subscription ends.
  • There are no partial refunds. We do not refund any part of a billing period, including after cancellation, suspension for a violation of these Terms, a Creator becoming unavailable, trading losses, or trades not copied.
  • Exceptions: we refund duplicate charges, we give any refund required by law, and we may grant other refunds at our discretion.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your subscription may become past due. While it is past due, copying into your brokerage account stops, and the subscription may be cancelled if payment is not made.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at legal@rippll.ai before disputing a charge with your bank. We may contest chargebacks and may suspend accounts with unresolved chargebacks.

Taxes

Prices may not include taxes. We may collect taxes where required. You are responsible for your own taxes, including taxes on trading gains, Creator earnings, and referral payouts.

Tips

Where available, you may send a one-time tip to a Creator, within the limits shown at checkout. Tips are voluntary, do not buy any service, and do not give you any right to a Creator's time or trades. Rippll keeps a platform fee from each tip and passes the rest to the Creator. Tips are not refundable, except for duplicate charges and where the law requires a refund.

Referral programs

Where available, Rippll may offer referral features, such as share links that credit the person who invited you, Creator invitations and sponsored Creator applications, and paid referral links through which a Creator shares part of their earnings with a referrer.

  • Sponsoring or inviting a Creator is not compensated unless we say otherwise in writing.
  • Paid referral earnings are held as pending for 30 days before they can be paid, and are paid through Stripe Connect.
  • If a referred payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the related referral earnings may be reversed. This can create a negative balance that we may recover from future earnings.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, and misleading promotion are not allowed. We may withhold or reverse referral credit we believe was obtained improperly, and we may change or end referral programs at any time.

Prediction-market automations

Where available, Rippll may let you create your own rules that place orders on event contracts in your own account on a third-party prediction market, such as Polymarket US. Rippll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any prediction market.

  • You connect your account by providing API credentials that you create with the prediction market. We store them encrypted and use them only to run the automations you set up.
  • Automations run only on the rules you write. Rippll does not choose markets or positions for you.
  • Orders placed by automations are limit orders that may fill in part or not at all. Per-account and platform daily limits apply, and we may pause automations at any time.
  • Before an automation can place real orders, you must give a separate, specific consent. A practice mode may be available that does not place real orders.
  • You are responsible for complying with the prediction market's terms and eligibility rules and with the laws that apply to you. Event contracts are risky, and you can lose the full amount you commit.

Creators (Lead Traders)

If you publish trades on Rippll as a Creator, the Creator Agreement also applies to you, in addition to the rest of these Terms. If these Terms and the Creator Agreement conflict on a matter that concerns your activity as a Creator, the Creator Agreement controls. In summary:

  • Approval. Creator accounts require approval, for example through an invitation or an application. As part of approval, you sign the Creator Agreement with Rippll separately, for example electronically, before your Creator account is approved. Approval is not an endorsement, and we do not verify a Creator's performance, credentials, or registrations. We may decline, suspend, hide, or remove a Creator at our discretion.
  • Review. Changes to your public profile, images, subscription prices, and plans may be held for our review before they appear.
  • Platform fee. Rippll keeps a platform fee of 40% of each subscription payment unless Rippll and you agree otherwise in writing. A new rate applies only to subscriptions started after it takes effect. You receive the rest. Rippll also keeps a separate platform fee on tips.
  • Payouts. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. Funds are held for 30 days before they become available for payout, and we may hold funds longer or keep a reserve based on risk. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may be recovered from your earnings and may create a negative balance that you owe.
  • Conduct. You must publish only trades you actually make or intend to make, keep everything you publish accurate, never promise returns, disclose material conflicts of interest, and never trade ahead of or against your subscribers.
  • Subscriber privacy. Subscriber identities are masked to Creators, and you must not try to identify, contact, or solicit subscribers outside Rippll using information from the Services.
  • Your track record and content. Your track record is public and stays public after you leave. You keep ownership of your content and grant Rippll a license to use it to operate and promote the Services, as described in the Creator Agreement.

Performance information

Creator performance, rankings, and statistics are based on prices and fills the Creator entered or published. They are not verified by Rippll or by any brokerage and may not reflect what any Subscriber actually received. Figures based on your own copied trades are calculated from fills reported by your brokerage and may be delayed or incomplete. All performance figures are for information only. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including brokerages and brokerage connectivity providers, payment processors, sign-in providers, messaging platforms such as Discord and X, email providers, prediction markets, and hosting providers. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. Rippll does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, errors, data, fees, or changes to what they allow Rippll to do.

Notifications

Rippll may send you alerts about signals, copies, skips, pauses, and your account in the app, by email, and, if you link it, by Discord direct message. You agree that we may send you service-related messages electronically, and that these satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. You can adjust some notifications in your settings and unsubscribe from marketing and digest emails; you cannot opt out of essential service or legal notices while you have an account.

Notifications can be delayed, filtered, or not delivered. Do not rely on them as your only source of information about your account or positions.

Content, intellectual property, and feedback

The Services, including the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Rippll LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal use, or for your own trading business if you are a Creator.

You are responsible for content you submit, such as profile text, images, and messages. You must have the rights to it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful. You grant Rippll a license to host and display it to operate the Services. We may remove content at our discretion.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or regulation, or violate anyone else's rights.
  • Give false information, impersonate anyone, or create multiple accounts to get around limits, trials, or enforcement.
  • Connect an account you are not authorized to use, or use the Services for anyone else's account without permission.
  • Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or any deceptive trading practice.
  • Copy, resell, or redistribute signals or other content from the Services without permission.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use bots or automated means to access the Services, except through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
  • Reverse engineer the Services, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with the Services or other users.
  • Upload malware, send spam, or harass, threaten, or abuse others, including in community channels.
  • Use the Services to build a competing product.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, and is part of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or any feature, including copying, at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law. Reasons may include a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, chargebacks, security or legal risk, or a request from a brokerage, payment processor, or authority.

When we end your access, your license to use the Services ends and we stop copying for your account. Orders already sent to your brokerage may still execute, and your positions stay open until you close them. Amounts you owe, and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, survive termination. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as stated in these Terms or required by law.

Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email, in-app notice, or by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. For some changes, we may ask you to review and accept updated disclosures before copying continues. By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect, you accept them.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. RIPPLL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY ORDER WILL BE PLACED, FILLED, OR CLOSED, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING PERFORMANCE INFORMATION AND CREATOR CONTENT, IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, MISSED, DELAYED, OR SKIPPED ORDERS, EXECUTION ERRORS, POSITIONS LEFT OPEN, OUTAGES, OR FAILURES OF BROKERAGES OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO RIPPLL IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rippll LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your trading, your content, anything you publish as a Creator, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

Informal resolution

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@rippll.ai with a description of the dispute and to try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve it informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or by another arbitration provider we both agree on. The arbitration may be conducted remotely or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the state where Rippll LLC is organized, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different location.

Class action waiver

YOU AND RIPPLL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to stop actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property, unauthorized access, data misuse, or abuse of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Rippll LLC is organized and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any disclosures or policies we present in the Services, are the entire agreement between you and Rippll about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.
